Chara Solve was founded in 2025, by myself Mario Hendricks.

I am keenly interested in seeing people developed comprehensively—intellectually, socially, and emotionally—by empowering them to understand and address the systemic issues that affect their lives.

My foundational belief in innovative problem-solving and global responsibility was strengthened during my time in academia. I am proud to hold a Masters Degree from Leeds University, United Kingdom, an experience that taught me to approach complex, worldwide challenges with rigorous analysis and a focus on long-term, sustainable change. This educational background drives our commitment to an effective and focused approach in every delivery and partnership.

I am passionate about seeing people’s lives being ignited and revitalized and to create opportunities for people for fellowship and mutual enrichment. I believe that this current venture will take this passion to a higher level and can create opportunities for greater cohesion and togetherness and thereby establish lasting relationships.
